Return Policy  

 

We guarantee all of our products will arrive fresh and as described or we will promptly issue a credit/refund or replacement. Simply contact us for more information.

We cannot be responsible for spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment.

Products with only small fractions remaining (for example, 5 or 6 cupcakes out of a dozen) will not be considered for a refund.  Do not throw any of the product away.

If both of the above criteria are met the product will be considered for a refund or replacement.  Only legitimate errors on our part will be considered for refund.  Issues that will NOT be considered for refund/replacement include:

If you give no, or only partial, design and decoration instructions during ordering then say you don’t like the design.  If you give no instructions then our designers will choose their own design.  You have 100% control of your design DURING ORDERING but if you don’t specify anything, we will decorate it according to our designs. This will not be a valid reason for return/refund/replacement.

  1. If you drop the product.
  2. If the product was improperly stored.
  3. Choosing a flavor that you don’t like.
  4. Choosing a design that you don’t like.
  5. Purchasing a larger order than you needed.

CANCELLATIONS / MISSED PICK UPS – We require 48-hour notice to cancel an order. The non-refundable deposit will be applied as a credit to your next order in the event that a family emergency has postponed your event and you have given us at least 48-hour notice. If less than a 48-hour notice is given, deposit will be forfeited.

Any changes to your order must be made 72-hours prior to due date.

 

DUE TO THE PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS IF A COMPLAINT IS NOT FILED IMMEDIATELY AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNED THE SAME DAY OR AT THE LATEST THE NEXT DAY THE ITEM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR RETURN/REFUND/REPLACEMENT.
